1. About Vidmfy
Vidmfy is a video production and publishing management service. It can help users plan content, generate text, create videos and thumbnails through connected third-party services, schedule publications, upload content to YouTube and review channel performance.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that connected API credentials belong to you or that you are authorized to use them.
3. Third-party services and costs
Vidmfy connects to services such as OpenAI, HeyGen, Google, Runway, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Their own terms, policies, availability, quotas and charges apply. When you use your own provider API key, that provider bills its API consumption directly and Vidmfy separately charges the fixed infrastructure service actions displayed before production. These service fees cover orchestration, workers, media processing, transfers, temporary storage and production history. Cost information shown by Vidmfy is operational guidance and may be estimated; provider invoices remain authoritative for their own consumption.
4. AI-generated content
Generated scripts, images, videos, titles and recommendations may contain errors or unsuitable material. You remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, rights, disclosures and compliance before publication. Vidmfy does not guarantee views, revenue, audience growth or uninterrupted generation.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Vidmfy to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful content; impersonate others; bypass provider restrictions; compromise systems; or use credentials without authorization. Content must also comply with YouTube and each selected provider’s rules.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content and instructions you submit. You authorize Vidmfy to process them only as needed to provide requested functions, including sending relevant data to selected providers and uploading results to your connected YouTube channel.
7. Availability and automation
Scheduled operations depend on internet access, third-party APIs, quotas, billing, account permissions and service availability. Automated checks reduce risk but cannot detect every error. You should monitor important campaigns and keep account recovery information current.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect users, infrastructure or third parties, respond to unlawful activity, enforce these terms or address non-payment to relevant providers. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vidmfy is provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, generated-content accuracy or commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
