1. Information we process
Vidmfy processes account information such as your name, email, profile details and password hash; video projects and production instructions; scheduling preferences; service connection settings; generated media locations; usage, cost and performance records; technical errors; and activity history.
2. API credentials
Connected-provider credentials and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. They are decrypted only when needed to perform an operation you configured. You should revoke credentials directly with the provider if you suspect misuse.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, generate and schedule content, connect providers, publish to YouTube, create thumbnails, validate productions, monitor costs and quotas, send notifications, troubleshoot errors, prevent duplicate work, collect authorized analytics and generate performance recommendations.
4. Third-party recipients
Depending on your choices, relevant content and identifiers may be sent to OpenAI, HeyGen, Google, Runway, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the configured email-delivery provider. With cookie consent, Google Analytics also receives public website usage information. Each recipient processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. YouTube data
With your OAuth authorization, Vidmfy may upload videos, attach thumbnails, schedule publication and read channel analytics. Access can be revoked from your Google Account security settings. Vidmfy does not request your Google password.
6. Storage and retention
Account, project, history and consumption records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet operational or legal requirements. Local generated files can be removed automatically according to your cleanup settings after YouTube upload. Backups and error records may persist for a limited additional period.
7. Security
Vidmfy uses password hashing, encrypted secrets, authenticated sessions, request protection and access controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should use unique passwords and restrict provider keys whenever possible.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information and may object to certain processing. You can update profile information, disconnect providers and change cookie preferences from the service. See the User Data Deletion instructions to delete your account or submit a deletion request.
