User Data Deletion

Option 1 — Delete the account immediately

1. Sign in to your Vidmfy account.
2. Open My profile.
3. Select Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm.

The account is disabled immediately, active productions are cancelled, personal profile information is anonymized and stored provider credentials and social connection tokens are removed.

Option 2 — Send a deletion request

If you cannot access your account, send an email from the address registered with Vidmfy to info@vidmfy.com with the subject Vidmfy data deletion request.

Include your account email address, your name and, if available, the name of the connected Facebook Page. Never send your password, access token, App Secret or API key. Vidmfy may request reasonable identity verification before completing the deletion.

What is deleted or disconnected

• Your identifying profile information is anonymized.
• Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube authorization tokens stored by Vidmfy are removed.
• Personal provider API keys stored in your account are removed.
• Pending productions are cancelled and uploaded source material is scheduled for removal.
• Your Vidmfy account can no longer be used.

Limited information that may be retained

Vidmfy may retain limited anonymized transaction, billing, security and technical records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legal obligations. Provider platforms may separately retain content already published to your social accounts. Delete those published posts directly on the relevant platform if required.

Processing time and confirmation

Deletion performed from My profile takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed after identity verification and normally completed within 30 days. A confirmation is sent to the verified contact address when the request is complete.
